Maximize the use of the site with open living studio style apartments. Make use of natural light where possible.

An engaged facade with cantilevered projections. Separate pedestrian/vehicle access with living areas at first floor leading out to north/west facing balcony areas. The use of clerestory windows provide morning sunlight bringing to life the living spaces.

Eight double storey apartments comprising of two bedrooms and secure single car garages.

 

 

Contemporary design with a combination of both ground floor private open spaces leading out from living areas and balcony at first floor to capture north/east views.

Basement garage utilized to increase potential at ground floor level for open living design.

Streamline contemporary design with horizontal timber elements used to conceal basement garage access and soften the rendered concrete finishes.

Double storey 3 bedroom apartments with basement double garages leading up to ground floor together with separate pedestrian access from street level.

Quality finishes and attention to larger family occupancy.

Each Unit has been designed more like a house, providing for larger living spaces, bedrooms and each with their own secondary living space and/or study. The use of contrasting materials/textures has makes this development attractive from every aspect.

Three double storey dwellings each with secure double garages, 3 Bedrooms, Master Bedroom with Ensuite and large living spaces at ground floor level.

Maximizing the use of a narrow site to produce open living contemporary townhouses.

 

Restricted by the narrow 10.1m width much effort was given to achieve an articulated, visually appealing face. Being a corner site this meant it would be visible from almost all aspects.

With the use of raised ground floor elements, variety in forms and textures this was achieved.

Two double storey townhouses, one three bedroom and one two bedroom with study at first floor. Both comprising of open living areas leading out to north facing rear yards.
